How we work

  1. We get to know you first. What the business does, what the role really needs, and what will make the right person say yes.
  2. We go and find people. We map the market and approach people directly, including the ones who aren’t looking.
  3. We tell you what we’re seeing. If the brief needs to flex, or the salary is off the market, you’ll know early, with the evidence.
  4. We see it through. Offer, notice period and the first few weeks in the role.

Most of our work comes through referrals and long-standing relationships, which is the best measure we know of whether we’re getting it right.
